Does Emergency SOS via Satellite work in all 50 states in the United States? I just recently purchased an iPhone 14. I learned about the satellite feature for emergency SOS. I have a vacation to Hawaii planned in a couple months and I was wondering if this feature would work over there. I know that Apple has been laying out the infrastructure for it to work in Europe.

'all networks', you mean cell phone carriers? It doesn't use those

According to this article, the service is available in the US and Canada starting in November.
