Either check for carriers that support eSIM in the countries you visit or you will have to use your carriers international plan options (if they offer any). Or….you can rely on Wi-Fi connection only when traveling and using apps that allow you to communicate that way. Not the most idea but cheapest option if you can’t get eSIM service in the country you are visiting.
