Bill for $22.02 with no purchase

Hi there,

I received the bill of $22.02 saying 240 brawl stars were purchased in 3 transactions. However my kids don't play this game for several months and he did not make any purchase for them. And also I did see this $22.02 charge showing in my credit card. When I try to request refund, the system said no refund can be found.

Below is the info I received in my email. Please advise what is going on and how I can get refunded. And also how can I not get charge for this again.
