Not working properly

I’ve had this phone for a little over a year and for some reason this past month it has been acting up. It says I have service, yet I can’t look things up, message, call, or do anything unless I’m connected to WiFi and even then it doesn’t really work. I have unlimited data. I know that it is not my phone plan because everyone else on the plan doesn’t have these issues. It’s making so I can’t do my everyday life because I can’t call or search things. I’m wondering how I get this fixed. I have an IPhone 11. Thanks for the help

Check your iPhone settings

Go to Settings and turn on Airplane Mode, wait five seconds, then turn it off. Check Do Not Disturb. Go to Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb and make sure it's turned off. Check for any blocked phone numbers.
