Looking to Restore your iPhone:?
How old is this back up? What is you current iOS? You cannot restore your iPhone from a back up that is of an older iOS. Note that iOS16 is due to be released within the next 24 hours, as of this reply. So, back up your iPhone prior to updating, so that you can have something to restore your iPhone from, should anything go wrong wit the update.
Deleting a Backup:
If you have no option to restore form it, then delete the backup.
