Help pairing Apple Watch to my iPhone.

Hello, I’m not sure if anyone has had this problem, but I’m having trouble connecting my Apple Watch to my iPhone. I haven’t used my watch since last year and it’s not connecting. I’ve tried all the options on the Apple website and nothing has worked so far. Do anyone think they help please?
