How to duplicate a tab on MBP

In the Safari app  on your Mac, Control-click a tab or pin, then choose Duplicate Tab.

With Safari open, you can also select Window > Duplicate Tab. There also doesn't appear to be any shortcut key options listed for this feature. You can try to create your own shortcut by following the steps listed here: Create keyboard shortcuts for apps on Mac - Apple Support
