Apple Watch not recording flights climbed and no elevation data

Hi Apple Team,

I have an Apple Watch SE bought in 2020. The issue was noticed a month ago when I switched off my watch and turned it back on the next day, as I was doing the entire time over the last 2 years.

My watch is not recording any flight climbed data and to add to that the Elevation data in the built in compass app is not showing any metrics as well.

I did the suggested triage such as hard reboot, checking motion & fitness setting, unpairing and re-pairing my watch to the same/different iPhone. None of these have helped so far.

Can you guys please help if theres anything I can do to fix this?
