Battery Draining
My iphone 12 battery is draining too fast
battery health is 91% but still even after usage of 1 hour battery from 98% drained to 71%. What could be the possible issue?

Did you check, in Settings/Battery, if any apps are on top of the activity list, using most of your battery life?
To make sure that this is not software related, use your computer to set your phone back to factory settings, not using the latest backup, and check if the battery life is back to normal after that:
