Wrist pain issues when wearing my Apple Watch SE

I am so glad to find that other users have similar problem as I have. It has been so frustrating to get in touch with Apple customer service and find that what I am describing is preferably unknown to them. According to a customer service case manager I spoke to today, they claimed that my problem with aching pain deep in my wrist is completely unknown to them. That for so long they have not received such a complaint worldwide.

I have an Apple Watch SE (GPS + Cellular), 44 mm aluminum case in silver finish, which I bought in mid-2021. The problem with wrist pain started when I was working out or when I went for long walks alone in the city or in the forest. At first I thought it was a wrist injury and consulted the problem with my doctor. He found no problem in the wrist. Then I started to be more observant as to when I started with these pains and noticed that it was when I used the Apple Watch. It became clear when I took breaks from the watch because the pain was expected.

I complained to customer service in Oslo and they delivered the watch for service, but according to them they found no fault with the watch. I got a new watch of the same model, but after a few days the problems with wrist pain started to appear again. I tested with an old watch to see if maybe it was the bracelet that could have caused the problems, with this old one (not a smart watch) it didn't cause any pain at all. I therefore contacted customer service and according to them they could not do anything because the problem I described was completely unknown to them, but that they should register the case in their database. After this conversation and as a result of my frustration, I chose to search this site and to my great surprise found that this is a known problem and that Apple has received complaints about it. I am therefore left with several questions about what Apple actually does with complaints from its customers? Why aren't they working on correcting their mistakes? Why are the customers who complained about problems they clearly know about being understood?

I have already tried several times and the result has been the same. I explained to the person I spoke to (Tony) that I wanted my money back since the product has caused me health problems (pain inside my wrist). But there is even the support service for the user. I cannot understand why Apple is not interested in trying to investigate what could be the cause of this design problem and rather involve the user to try to find the possible cause. The fact that in this forum there are similar complaints about the same product but from previous versions is really alarming.

I have already contacted the Apple support service but after having spoken with five different people and explaining the same thing to them, so that they would send me back to the first person I spoke with, I interpreted it as a lack of will by want to help me solve the problem. In each call with the support service I have had to wait for long minutes without receiving any response. When I asked them what is happening, they have told me that they have technical problems and therefore they cannot help me solve my problem.
