How to stop spam calls on iPad

My wife keeps receiving spam calls on her iPad air... I turn on silence unknown calls on her iPhone XR... But she is still receiving spam calls on her Ipad... Her iPhone is good... Any ideas on how to stop receiving spam calls on her iPad... Her iPad has cellular - wifi... She doesn't use the cellular part...

if you go into settings->facetime->calls from iphone

uncheck that then her ipad should not ring when the phone receives a call
