Apple Car Care installation in 2020 Subaru Outback
Is Car Connect the same as Care Care for the Subaru. That is what the App Store downloads to my iPhone 12 when I attempt to download Apple CarCare.

Do you perhaps mean Apple Car Play?
If so, look in your car's user guide for how to use Apple Car Play in your specific car.
You don't need to download anything to use Apple Car Play.
If you are trying to download a Subaru specific app, contact your Subaru dealer for help.
