Apple ID issue

Hello, When I try getting an app from the App Store, I am receiving a message saying "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes". Even when tried to update the App Store, the same message comes. I can not do anything because of this. I tried in resetting password as well, but didn't work.Ho can I make the issue solved? Please advice.

You can't do that yourself. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
