Connection issues

When I’m not at home my wifi doesn’t work and I’ve already restarted my iPhone and made sure cellular data was on, but it still doesn’t work. I’ve paid for unlimited day so I’m confused as to why it’s not working…

Check the Wi-Fi network

Connect to Wi-Fi on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Connect to Wi-Fi on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

 

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support


Check the router settings:

Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points

If you need help with your Wi‑Fi password

If you need help with your Wi‑Fi password - Apple Support

 

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
