Apple Pay device banned it seems.

iPhone 11 with up to date iOS,using the proper language and region that cannot add any card into the wallet for Apple Pay.

Iv tried numerous cards from me and different people that are working just fine and straight away on all other iPhones I’ve tried including older iOS and newer beta ones and all cards add without issue.

This iPhone 11 will not add any,,just says cannot add card there’s a problem and to contact card issuers,but cards work fine on every other phone I’ve tried just not this 11.

Iv signed in with 3 accounts and all will not add the cards on this 11 iPhone.

Any suggestions welcome

We recommend reaching out to your card issuer directly, as they may be able to determine if there is a block on your card from their end.

After that, you should reach out to Apple Support directly for a closer look: Contact - Official Apple Support

A card can only be linked to one Apple ID at a time. Are you signed in with the same Apple ID on all of the devices it is set up on, as well as on the phone you’re attempting to add it to now?

There could be a few reasons that you are unable to add a card. To troubleshoot, let's use the following guide: If you can't add a card to Apple Wallet to use with Apple Pay - Apple Support

Check to make sure you have a device that is compatible and that you're in a region that can use Apple Pay
Update iOS, if needed.
Check for service outages.
If you continue to see errors that refer you to the card issuer, reach out to them to work on this further.

All the above are correct.

up to date iOS.

uk region

no service outages.

All cards work fine with all other phones we have tried.

it’s just this one particular phone that will not add a card to the wallet.

we have signed in with another account and still the same but all cards work with other phones.

I will have to try Apple then as I’ve tried with 4 different cards from different banks so I doubt every card issuer has a problem you think..and they all work on other iPhones perfectly well just not this one particular iPhone.

I have tried signing out of everything and just signed into the phone in question and tried a bank card that’s never been used and it’s still failed.

I have then signed out of said phone and into my phone and the card added instantly
