after the new addition of the Esim in the latest iPhone, is it impossible to buy the iPhone 14 from the US and make it work in egypt?

No. If you buy the iPhone 14 in the US, it will not have a SIM tray. As such, you should purchase it in the country you intend to use it in.

Yes, unless the Egyptian carrier supports eSIM.

People are supposed to buy iPhones in the country they'll be using them most.
