I’m trying to stop someone from changing my Apple ID password
Someone has hacked my phone and they have access to my Apple ID because I changed it yesterday and now it was changed again but I changed it to another ID pass code today how can I stop this

That usually means you they still have access to your password-reset path and passwords, or to a trusted telephone number, too.
If your Apple ID was breached, you need to change all passwords, particularly those used for password resets.
Enable two-factor authentication if not already, and verify your trusted telephone numbers associated with your Apple ID, as well.
Verify you recognize all devices associated with your Apple ID, too.
