iPhone 12Max Pro & iPad keyboard sound

I’ve noticed my keyboard on my iPhone 12Max Pro & iPad makes a sound when typing and is slowed down after the sound.

I use DuckDuckGo as my default browser and have uninstalled it,then reinstalled the DuckDuckGo Browser. The sound stops but then reappears after listening to conservative news.

I’ve tried using Newsmax & Real American’s Voice Apps and they’ve had the same sound issues.

I use cellular data which on my mornings walk and like to listen to Steve Bannon Waroom program and I’ll lose the connection and notice that the sound issues reappear each time. So I started uninstalling DuckDuckGo Browser and that worked once, then I went to cellular in my settings and rest Statistic. That worked. The sound disappears, but returns after a few minutes.

My question is how do I stop whatever is causing it and is there something to worry about?

It happens while I use safari, same sound.
