How do I get into patient portal?

This is an Apple Forum. Ask whoever runs the “patient portal” how you’re supposed to get into it. Presumably that would be your healthcare provider.

Contact whoever directed you to the patient portal. I would imagine that would be your doctor's office, hospital or other health care provider.

Log in via the website with your login details (username and password).
