I use Microsoft® Access® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2208 Build 16.0.15601.20072) 64-bit on a MacBookAir10,1 via Parallels Desktop Version 18.0.1 (53056) using Windows 11 Pro Version 21H2 running 2022-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for arm64-based Systems (KB5016691), the current ARM64 Release version. No problems since I got rid of Windows Insider Preview last year. I use it to access a database from 20 years ago and it does everything I need, but I don't use it a great deal so can't advise on the future.
