How to install apps from Apple School Manager to iPads without using JAMF

The subject pretty much says it all.

This would be just a one time situation so there is no need to pay for a service that will do what we need.

I need to install apps from Apple School Manager to iPads but not sure how to do it without JAMF.

I would like to move the apps out of Apple School Manager and put them in Apple Configurator, iCloud or iTunes.

Somehow so I can install them.
