I have an Airport Time Capsule. The issue I am having is connecting my Eufy S40 Solar Camera to my Wifi. I have turned off the 5Ghz option in the Airport utility as instructed. It still won't connect. What am I missing? Eufy support is Trash, so here I am .
Not sure what instructions you used, but the following should be able to disable the Time Capsule's 5 GHz wireless network:
If this doesn't work, and you know for sure that the camera can only connect to the 2.4GHz band, did you per chance, enable Timed Access Control on this base station? If so, then you would need to enter the MAC address of the camera in the "allow" list.

You still need to change the 5GHz radio to "Off." To do so, from the image you provided as reference, tap on the "grayed-out" 132 channel. You should get a drop-down with a number of channel selections. Tap on "Off."
I also managed to locate the setup instructions for a number of Eufy cameras. It claims that even with wireless routers that provided simultaneous 2.4 & 5GHz bands, that the camera is able to connect properly to just the 2.4GHz one. Doesn't appear to be the case for you here. Sorry, I don't use Eufy cameras, I use Ubiquiti UniFi ones, so I'm not sure I can be of anymore assistance with this matter. Good luck!
