iPhone Not Charging after iOS Update

after updating to ios 16, iphone 13 stopped charging through fast charging (there is a charging animation, it is highlighted in green, but the percentage does not change, the phone heats up a little). Before that, it worked on 15 ios. I tried on another fast charge, it also does not charge. All parts are original from Apple. through a regular (power bank + usb A- lightning) is charged
