Does Apple consider this flaw not important enough to fix or what?

I just got the magic keyboard to use with IPad Air 5th. None of the 3 finger gestures work. I see here that people has been reporting that flaw since update IOS 15 was pushed nevertheless Apple has not fixed it.

I contacted Apple Care last week, we spent about an hour with them telling me to check this and do that. Nothing worked, finally the representative told me that other people had been reported this same problem and it would get fixed with the update that was pushed today, Sept 12. Well it didn’t fix it.

Does anybody have a clue why they have ignored this problem for such a long time?

Thanks

Yes, I’m fully conversant with the gestures - as documented in the links already provided - and as confirmed by your subsequent screenshot.

As already commented, I don’t doubt that you have a problem - however, if the problem were commonplace, this community would be flooded with similar complaints.

Given your reported difficulties and evident frustration, I both suggest and recommend that your perform a Factory Restore. This procedure will install a fresh copy of the most recent version of iPadOS supported by your iPad - this being iPadOS 15.7:

Yeah, instead I decided to order a non Apple keyboard and see if I have the same problems. I don’t want to go trough the whole setting up process again and end in the same place. If this other keyboard works then I’ll confirm is the problem originates with the M Keyboard. If I have the same problem then I’ll know the problem is with the IPad, and maybe then I’ll do the factory reset or send it back. Thanks.
