How to change Cupertino time on my Lock Screen widget

Set the Lock Screen to edit mode, by holding and tapping on the Lock Screen for a couple of seconds, then tap on Customize, then tap on the widget bar, then tap on the clock widget and you'll get a city search. Search for your city there and tap on it to select it.
