I can't update my 5s iphone

The country i.e. ETHIOPIA is not registerd.so I can't update my iphone.

An iPhone 5s can't be updates past IOS 12.5.6.

Update to what? The new iOS 16 update is not compatible with an iPhone 5S anyway.
