Unable to open iPhone

ihave problem on my iphone cannot open ,appear cable connecting to computer photo and idont know how to solve it , many times imake update or restore make error

iPhone is glitching and stuck on "Hello" screen Please help! I tried to transfer data from one phone to my iphone 14 and it needed to be updated. It got stuck on “about your update” screen after “preparing update” I turned the phone off and is now stuck glitching on the hello screen. Unable swipe up and enter password. Will glitch and go back to “hello”. The iphone has been fully erased prior so unable to connect to itunes and restore. Ive tried a hard reset however still comes back to the same screen. update failed on iphone 11 pro, now phone is frozen on "swipe up to upgrade". I attempted to update my iphone 11 pro while connected to my imac. I got the following message on the imac "The iphone could not be updated. An unknown error occurred (7). 06AA.FFFF". The imac then did not recognize that my phone was connected (disappeared from the finder screen). Now the iphone is stuck on a screen saying swipe up to upgrade. It seems to swipe up, but it wants me to enter a passcode. Any of my known codes fail. The "swipe up to upgrade" screen comes on after I already attempted the push volume up, then push volume down, then hold right side in until apple appears.
