Photos app
After I upgraded to IOS16 I still don’t have in photos app duplicated folder. Is there any way to fix that?

Give it time to scan your library. The duplicate detection requires to compare what the photos are showing, not just the filenames. Keep the iPhone connected to Power and locked, also connected to Wi-Fi, so it can access iCloud. It may take a few days.
