I have a blinking issue (green colour light strip always display/Flashing/flickering light on touch bar on my MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020), Serial Number : FV****05D. Please help me to get this issue to resolve.

On the M1 the best you can do is—
M1 SoC - SMC reset equivalent is Shut down, close the lid 30 secs+ , reboot as normal
no resolve—Try a SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support
if that does not sort it typically it indicates a hardware issue, in that case take it in:
In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment
Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"
Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
Outside the USA
Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
