I didn’t know Apple Music costed money and it did not even tell me that I was going to get charged 9.99 a month until I checked my billing history. If I didn’t consent to being charged 9.99 a month can they still charge me for that?

You consented the moment you subscribed to it even if you did to know what you were doing.
However it specifically tells you it will cost money, since you need to select a subscription type before it starts.
You can, however, cancel it, and request a refund, but ignorance may not be a valid excuse to get a refund.

Yeah, that’s very unfortunate that my dad couldn’t read any English and I guess he consented to it. It renewed today, so I hope I can get the money back for September’s charge
