Cannot update to iOS16 on Iphone XR running iOS 15.7

Hello,

Yesterday (12/09) I updated my iPhone a few hours before the release of iOS16 to iOS15.7

My phone does not show me that iOS16 is available, I also tried updating through my macbook air and through iTunes. But they all say my phone is running the latest version, which it is not.

Is there any solution to updating to iOS16 other than through the recommended ways?
