Yesterday I installed iOS 15.7 on my 5th generation 12.9” iPad Pro. Now I no longer have the option to update to iOS 16, and I also don’t have the option to uninstall 15.7. How can I update to iOS 16?

Unlike iOS16 for iPhone, released yesterday, iPadOS16 is not due for release until sometime in October.
However, iPadOS 15.7 was also released yesterday - incorporating essential security updates.

While iOS16 is available for iPhone, iPhone owners have the option to just install iOS15.7 at this time.

OK thank you. I’ve seen conflicting articles about it being available for iPad as well, but just saw one saying October as well. Thanks for the help.
You are very welcome. While Apple have no yet provided a specific release date, Apple have revealed that iPadOS 15.7 will appear at a later date.
Installed iOS 15.7 on my iPad Pro and now don’t have option to install iOS 16 or uninstall 15.7
