Hi there umbu_,
So that we can start to look into this further, were these apps offloaded or deleted? This info from How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch explains the difference:
• Offload the app, which frees up storage used by the app, but keeps its documents and data.
• Delete the app, which removes the app and its related data.
• Depending on the app, you might be able to delete some of its documents and data.
If they were deleted, are you able to tap on each app and see if the documents or data can be deleted? If so, does this remove the app from the iPhone Storage list?
Thanks!
Hey there umbu_,
The cloud icon beside the app names indicate they have been offloaded. If you are unable to fully delete them, following the guide we previously shared with you, you will want to Contact Apple Support for additional help.
Have a good one!
I’m not sure which ones you are concerned with. But note that Contacts, Calendars, Reminders and Notes apps contain no data. They display data that comes from other sources. These other sources are from your email provider. Go to Settings/Mail/Accounts, and you should see accounts that sync data to your iPhone from the mail server’s contacts, calendars, reminders and notes.
And that Contacts specifically cannot be deleted, because they are also used in the Phone app.
didnt work
