Sudo Nano question

Troubleshooting Private Relay System Settings incompatibility and ran Sudo Nono /etc/pf.conf in terminal. I got something called 'UW Pico 5.09 File: /etc/pf.conf' highlighted

Internet search seems to indicate this possibly has something to do with University of Wisconsin. In any case ... what am I looking at ... and could this be the private relay incompatibility? If so ... how would I get rid of it.

That just means that there is really no nano. There is only pico. In other words, the "nano" executable is just a symbolic link to the "pico" executable, which was developed at the University of Washington, not Wisconsin.

It probably doesn't have anything to do with Private Relay, but it would be far better to ask a question specifically about the problem you are having. Do NOT attempt some hack you find on the internet. The internet is full of half-truths, falsehoods, misinformation, and outright lies.
