My Apple TV remote is badly cracked and I cannot find any info on whether I can, or how to, repair or replace it.

Apple offers no repair service for cracked remotes. Their solution is to buy a replacement remote.

Siri Remote (2nd generation) - Apple TV accessories - Apple Store online

Replacement remotes will have to be paired to the box again:
