Issue with iPhone order

I bought an iPhone 14 pro 512 GB deep purple and one cover. Today, I received the cover but the order delivery shows my iPhone delivery will be done on 11 Oct. But, from my account, just the cover money cutting but the iPhone amount didn't cut the money. My question is why the iPhone amount is not cut from the account when time cutting.
