How to update to iOS 16 on iPhone 7+
On my settings theirs should be software upgrade but there’s nothing

An iPhone 7 is NOT capable of updating to iOS 16 if that is what you are attempting to do.
No matter what you might see or hear, it is not possible to update an iPhone 7 model to iOS 16.
If you are trying to do something else, what is it?
I’m not trying to upgrade to iOS 16 at least there’s lesser iOS but there’s no upgrade icon in my settings it’s not there I just have about phone that’s all
