why is my MacBookPro freezing at opening in the Apple? I just took it to the Genius Bar a week ago and they checked it and said the hardware was fine. They reinstalled MacOS and firmware check.
Are you still exhibiting the same symptoms after returning from the Genius Bar?
If you are, it could be that your power supply is broke, unless you brought that to them.
If you brought the power supply and it only exhibits the problem at home with nothing but your power supply attached, it may indicate you have filled your Mac to capacity or it is trying to connect to iCloud or OneDrive without good enough bandwidth to support it.
The Genius Bar can not detect problems that are unique to your home environment.
