Screen time when I turn 18

So I have a very locked down iPhone, my mother controls my phone via family sharing, (no App Store, no Siri, no safari, not even a calculator) and I’m turning 18 soon. Will these restrictions turn off since I will be a legal adult? I heard Android had a function like this and I’m wondering if iOS has something similar. Thanks in advance!

I don't think it will. I don't see any mention of this in Apple's documentation. You'd have to disable ST and that may require information you do not have. See in particular the first reference:
