3 finger copy, paste, undo and redo

I just updated my phone to iOS16 and I started getting this “nothing to redo” thing on my screen when I use 3-4 finger at the same time.

I play a lot of rythm games on my phone where I need to use more than 2 fingers and I keep getting this thing on my screen so I would like to know if there’s any way to disable this.
