In 3 models of iphone(iphone 11,iphone 12 mini,iphone 13 mini),there is a missing of one feature that other model has.The feature is battery percentage icon which is comes with newly ios 16 update.When will
this feature will come to this three device?.

Nobody here knows when or if this will be available on four devices where it is not currently available. Only Apple.

For what is available: Show the battery percentage on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Per that doc: iPhone XR, iPhone 11, iPhone 12 mini, and iPhone 13 mini don't display battery percentage in the status bar.
I suspect there just isn’t room on the display with those models. But only Apple knows for sure. Log your feedback.

They have written iphone 8 or older.
