my watch wont track activity

My Apple watch stopped tracking activity out of the blue. How can I make start tracking again?

Apple Watch not tracking activity first thing in the morning my watch stopped tracking activity first thing the morning. I saw someone posted this same problem and I was wondering if anybody found a solution.
