Hi, i purchased my IPhone 13 green colour about 3 months back, i started noticing paint chipping off Side edges of my phone and it bothered me alot cause its a costly phone and this shouldn't happen. At first it was just a dot now it's worse and i don't know how or who to contact to get this fixed. We pay a hefty huge amount for these phone's and this shouldn't happen! Apple should be ashamed of such low quality paint
Because it will be considered cosmetic damage it won’t be covered under warranty. This seems to come up on every special color iPhone. Up until the iPhone 14 Pro Max I will be receiving Friday I have only had gold iPhones with no issue and the red iPhone 13 in the household hasn’t had issues but threads like this come up often. The end result seems to always be the same for those experiencing it…Apple won’t repair or replace because it’s considered cosmetic
