FORGOT PASSCODE FOR MY OLD IPHONE SE.ITS DOES NOT HAVE SERVICE ANYMORE.

i need in my old phone and keep putting in the wrong password! then it says can't use it for however long to try again. i need a new passcode to open the phone!
