cannot connect to whatsapp

i am ipad 9 user
after i update to ios 15.7 i can not use whatsapp anymore and there is notification to update to safari 11. please help me. thankyou
Use Firefox as the default browser. It works fine with WhatsApp web and iOs 15.7.
Unfortunately, you cannot launch WhatsApp directly as a link from the iPad Home Screen. Safari captures it.
My iPad Air 3 2019 4G/LTE, bought February 2020, upgraded 2 days ago to 15.7, has been forced obsolete by Apple.
Being a professional Apple user since 1990 I’ve suffered several waves of these bad practices. I have regretted them many times, but I was required to use Apple’s hardware and OS. In short, Linux Mint (current) in 10-year-old PC are now my main home desktops and notebooks: Cheap, reliable, upgradeable workhorses, that never evolved obsolete one evening.
