Failed to handle the new encryption key

Hello,

I have an error when boot macOs Monterey 12.6. The error is with the Card reader and encryption.

I don't have enable FileVault and I don't have anything connected to the mac.

I make SMC reset.

FileVault decryption crashing my Mac I attempted to turn off FileVault the other day, let it run, and now that it has neared the end, it says I need to plug in my Mac to continue. But, whenever I plug it in my whole system crashes. I've attached my panic code I don't know what any of it means. The computer works fine if it's not plugged in, but the files are still being decrypted so I can really download anything. What can I do here?

FileVault De-encryption Stuck(Paused) Hello, So i was looking up ways to free up space on my mac and turning off filevault was suggested as one measure.. I did use the "turn off" button but while my mac wasn't plugged in, and it's been stuck de-encrypting ever since.. I've gone through help guides here and elsewhere of plugging in power, issue is my machine keeps restarting just once i plug in power and never allows sign in once plugged. I can only log back in successfully once i plug off power I've run apple diagnostics, response was 3403D, checked over the net and they say it means the machine won't run the internet-based AHT or the command+D one is too old. I've done the Utility Disk first aiding, still i am stuck on "restarting" once power gets plugged in. What more effective solution can i get?

Reinstall MacOS Ventura error everytime I forgot the password to my Macbook, following tutorials I erased the Macintosh HD volume, however when trying to reinstall Ventura, an error appears all the time "An error occured while preparing the installation. Try running this application again." Please refer to installation log and advise.
