Issues applying to Apple Card

I got an email to apply for the Apple Card and when I click on the link it takes me to my wallet, but it doesn’t give me the option to apply for the Apple Card, how can I do that?

Can’t add a card to Apple Wallet - iPhone 14 Pro I’ve just changed my phone to the iPhone 14 Pro. When trying to add my debit card to the wallet it says “unable to add card” I previously used the same card with my previous phone and watch for Apple Pay with no issues. Apple said to contact my bank, contacted my bank, they said to contact Apple. The phone is up to date with the latest software and has a strong wifi connection. Ive tried adding the card several times, signed out of my Apple ID and then back in again, restarted iPhone to no avail. Has anyone else had the same problem?
