After I delete emails, it deletes and then comes back a minute later. This is happening on my Comcast account. This wasn’t happening on earlier versions of iOS, but did happen when I updated from iOS 14 to 15.

The issue has been resolved. It seems that just by logging into the web app solved the deletion issue.
I just have alot of clean-up as the Apple mail app downloaded all messages from the last 4-5 years.
