My phone is stuck on paused and waiting for WiFi but I want to download with mobile data

A: You need to have at least 50% battery charge.

B: You need to turn off low power mode.

C: You can ONLY download the update over cellular data if you have an iPhone 12 or newer with a 5G data connection. Otherwise, you need to connect to WiFi.

You can't update using cellular data unless your phone is 5G capable......and your carrier is actually providing a 5G signal.

If you still have the iPhone 11 in your profile, that phone cannot do 5G.

The battery needs to be charged to at least 50% and Low Power Mode needs to be turned off
