You can unlock your device by yourself, follow the instructions at If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support. You can always make an appointment at apple.com/retail.
Not sure what you mean by "not got any answers." Follow the steps to restore your device is you have too many passcode attempts and your device is locked.
